Bulk resize using Image Processor in Adobe Photoshop

  1. Open Photoshop on your computer and click  File  >  Scripts  >  Image Processor…

  2. In the Image Processor window, select the folder your images are in by clicking Select Folder…

    You can leave “Save in Same Location” selected, or choose a different folder. If you save in the same location, it will create a new folder inside it called JPEG and place the processed images there.

  3. Under File Type, enter your desired quality and check the  Resize to Fit  checkbox, then enter the width and height as needed.

    Saving as JPEG with a quality of 10 typically produces good results. Your photos will be reduced in file size noticeably while retaining detail and quality.

    Consider aspect ratio when resizing to prevent image stretching.


  4. Click  Run  to start processing your images.
